        "answer": "Your interpreter’s voice reaches phones over the internet, so it runs a little behind what someone sitting next to a booth would hear. An AI voice translates before it speaks, so it runs a little further behind. We don’t promise a figure: a steady upload connection at the venue and at the interpreter’s desk matters most."
      },
      "audio": {
        "question": "Where does the interpreter’s audio come from, and what do they need?",
        "answer": "Interpreters hear the session’s own feed, from your sound desk or the computer sending the floor, not the noise of the room. They need headphones, a microphone and a steady connection. The booth can test the connection before they go on air, and a cable is the steadiest."
      },
      "handover": {
        "question": "How does partner handover work?",
        "answer": "The interpreter on air chooses “Hand over my channel” and picks a colleague, or the colleague asks for the channel. Whoever receives an offer has to accept, and the first interpreter stays on air until they do. When a colleague asks, the holder can keep the channel or hand it over; if they do neither, it moves when the countdown runs out."

      "mix": {
        "question": "Can we mix AI and human interpreters in one event?",

      },
      "fees": {
        "question": "Who pays the interpreters?",
