If you start a plan, they become added hours that don't expire while it runs; if the plan ends, they last 12 more months. Within 14 days of payment, a prepaid purchase is refunded in full if none of its hours have been used, or less what was used; after that it isn't refunded. For prepaid hours, interpreter seats are refunded only if no live session has run in your workspace since the purchase."
