Settings › Activity lists who changed what in your workspace over the last 12 months, newest first, grouped by day. It includes what InterScribe support did in your workspace.
Activity log · Coming soonBefore you start
- You are an owner or an admin of the workspace. Other members have no Activity tab, and its address is refused for them.
Read the log
- STEP 1Open ActivityGo to Settings › Activity.
- STEP 2Scroll by dayEach day has its heading, with Today and Yesterday named. Each row says who made the change and what they changed.
- STEP 3Open the details
Select Show details on a row to see each field with its Before and After value. Select Hide details to close it.
- STEP 4Load older changesSelect Show more at the end of the list.
The log covers changes to members and roles, workspace settings, sessions, rooms, conferences, glossaries, Bible settings, summary templates, the plan, add-ons and included hours, turning the workspace on or off, and handing it over to a venue. It also records support access, support sessions and exports.
Changes InterScribe support made
Changes made by InterScribe support show as InterScribe, never as a staff name. A support session is one row, labelled InterScribe support, with its start and end time and the number of changes made in it. Open the row to see those changes.
Read more about what support can do, and how to allow or stop it, in Let InterScribe support help you.
Filter the log
Use Person to see one member's changes (the default is Everyone). Use Date to choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months. If nothing matches, select Clear filters.
Export the log
Select Export CSV. The file has one line per change, with the date, time, time zone, who, the area, what changed and the details. A support session's changes follow the session's line. It follows the filters you chose and holds at most 50,000 lines. The export itself is recorded in the log as Exported the activity log.
What the log does not show
The log shows what your people and InterScribe support did in your workspace. InterScribe's internal records about your account are not part of it.
If something goes wrong
- If a change is missing, check the filters, and select Clear filters.
- If Activity is missing from Settings, ask an owner or an admin to open it; see Members and roles.
