What do you see about your listeners?

Which listener details reach you as the organizer, and which stay private.

  • For: organizers, listeners

You see what your audience did, not who they are. A listener's name reaches you only when they choose to share it: in chat, or in a request they send you.

What stays private

  • Attendance and languages. Your analytics count distinct browsers that opened a channel, and which language they chose. They show no names. See Analytics.
  • AI questions and summaries. When listeners use Ask AI, you see the questions, not who asked. The questions on the Summaries page say nothing about who asked.
  • Reports in chat. When a listener reports a message, the author is not told who reported it.

What listeners share with you

  • Chat. Everyone in the chat sees the listener's Chat name. Your team can see which account a chat name belongs to.
  • Questions. Questions show the listener's chat name, unless you allow Allow anonymous questions and they choose Ask anonymously.
  • Requests. When a listener selects Ask the organizer, their name and email go to your team so you can answer, not to other listeners. A phone number is shared only if they add one.
