An interpreter in the Booth hears nothing from the room: check the session, the floor's audio, what the Booth is listening to, and the headphones.

In the Booth, the interpreter hears nothing from the room.

Most likely: the session has not started, or the floor has no audio

Check: the Booth shows This session has not started, or the Console shows Off air. Once live, the Console's Source panel says whether sound arrives from the venue.

Fix: wait for the session to go live, or ask the operator to go live. If the session is live and the Console's Source panel shows Not connected (no sound reaches InterScribe from the venue) or No audio (the stream is silent), the room's sound is the problem: see Nothing is heard after go-live.

Next: the Booth is listening to something else

Check: the Listening to button in the Booth's bar. It should show Floor.

Fix: select it and choose Floor under The room. Only you hear this choice: listeners on your channel keep hearing you.

Next: the headphones are not the selected output

Check: under Your sound, open Microphone and headphones and look at Headphones — what you hear.

Fix: choose the headphones you are wearing. See Set up your booth audio.

Still not working
