A week before
  • Let through interscribe.io, *.interscribe.io, scrb.live and *.scrb.live on port 443 on the allow-list, plus the live-audio media and relay servers and their ports. See The allow-list for IT.

  • If your audience opens your portal at your own domain, check that it opens on your network. See Portals, branding and your own domain.

  • Check the computers that send the sound against What you need.
The network for the event
  • A network cable for the computer that sends the sound, on a network without a Wi-Fi sign-in page. See Cable, Wi-Fi, hotspots and Starlink.

  • Production gear (the sound desk, the Console, interpreters) on its own network, or with priority over guests. See Crowded venue Wi-Fi.

  • No VPN on the computer that sends the sound or on interpreters' computers.
  • Cloud backups and updates paused on the computer that sends the sound during the event.
  • The router restarted the day before, not during the event.
