Full Stack Developer
Own product delivery across frontend and backend for multilingual, accessibility-first workflows.

All positions are remote. Sales / Customer Success Manager is limited to North America and Europe time zones.

Ship reliable, fast product improvements that make InterScribe easier to adopt, easier to scale, and easier to trust in production.
Why now: This role gives us the highest immediate leverage by reducing handoff overhead and accelerating feature delivery across the entire product surface.
Expected outcomes in first 90 days
- Ship at least two production features across frontend and backend with measurable usage impact.
- Reduce one key product friction point in onboarding or multilingual session setup.
- Improve one reliability metric in core user workflows (errors, performance, or support volume).
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across React routes, APIs, and data models.
- Improve performance, observability, and quality in core user journeys.
- Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to prioritize customer impact.
- Write maintainable code, tests, and technical documentation for shipped work.
- Support release readiness and production incident response when needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years building production web applications end-to-end.
- Strong TypeScript, React, and API/backend development skills.
- Comfort with relational data modeling and pragmatic architecture decisions.
- Ability to own delivery from problem framing through production rollout.
- Clear written communication and async collaboration discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS products serving global or regulated audiences.
- Experience with accessibility, internationalization, or real-time systems.
- Familiarity with analytics-driven product iteration.
