Your clients have guests who don't speak the speaker's language.
Partner program · venues, AV teams, agencies, networksBring every language into the rooms you serve.
Recommend InterScribe and earn on what your clients pay. Or, if you run a venue, set it up once on your own AV and sell it to every client who books a room, at your price.

Find your way in
Three ways to partner. Pick the one that sounds like you.
The difference is who bills the client. Referrers send clients to us. Venues with InterScribe on their own AV bill their clients themselves. Networks earn credit when their member churches join.
1 · Refer
Send clients our way. Earn on what they pay.
AV integrators, interpreter agencies, event producers, venues that host now and then, and churches that tell other churches.
15% for 12 months
How referring works2 · Host
Offer it in your rooms. Bill your clients yourself.
Venues and spaces that host events every week and want InterScribe on their own AV computers, on their own rate sheet.
Venue licenceProposed
How the venue licence works3 · Network
Recommend one setup to every church in your network.
Denominations, church networks and associations that recommend one setup to their members. Members already pay the church price; your network earns credit, never cash.
5% as credit or donation
How network credit works
1 · Refer
You're the one they call before the event. Send them with your link.
Your client signs up on their own account, sees their own price and pays us. You earn a share of what they pay in their first year, every month, without quoting, invoicing or chasing anyone.

Share your link or code
On your quotes, your rate sheet, your slides. The code works when the link is lost.
They run their events
Their own workspace, price and data. Invite yourself in as a member if you run the day for them.
You're paid each month
With a statement of which client paid what. Held until the refund window has passed.
Commission is on what the client pays InterScribe after tax and refunds, for new organisations only. It is set to protect margin: interpreter and AI-voice costs are high, so commission is on net collected platform revenue.
2 · Host: for venues and spaces
Put languages on your rate sheet, next to the projector and the stage lights.
Conference centres, hotels with meeting rooms, campuses, churches that rent their auditorium. How you partner depends on how often you host and who owns the setup.

You host now and then
Refer your clients
Your code on the rate sheet and the client's portal QR. The client books InterScribe; you earn on it.

What a venue sets up
Your rooms, set up once. Every client after that just picks one.
Each room owns a channel. Its sound reaches us from a small app on the computer at your desk, so next week’s client chooses the room and nothing gets rewired.

- How audio reaches us, in four steps, on the page itself.
- Which rooms have sound arriving right now.
- One card per room: its channel, its desk computer, its next booking.

- A room's channel is named after it: CH-01 · Main Auditorium.
- The desk computer that feeds it, and the next session booked on it.
- Test audio before your client's speaker walks on.

- The Sound desk Mac is online and sending sound to the Main Auditorium.
- The overflow room's PC is off. You see it before the client does.
- Test audio from any desk without starting an event.
Your AV computers

The overflow room’s PC is off, and you see it before the client does.
Picture this
Tuesday at a conference centre. Five rooms, five clients, seven languages.
For example
8:30
The AV office has five desks online. Each room's computer is already sending sound to its own channel.
9:00
Hall A is a medical association, with French and Spanish plus the AI voice. Hall B is a church leadership day, with Portuguese and Korean, the Korean interpreter working from home.
13:00
Rooms 3 to 5 run a graduate fair, a company town hall and a law seminar, with Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog and French between them. Nobody touches a cable.
17:30
Each client downloads its own transcripts, in every language it used.
Month end
The venue invoices five clients at its room-day rate. InterScribe bills the venue once: the licence.

3 · Network: denominations and associations
Help every church in your network be ready for the visitor they haven't met yet.
You recommend one setup to your member churches. Each church keeps its own account, languages and team, at the church price. Your network's code tells us who sent them, and your network earns on what they pay.
The terms
- Member churches pay
- The church price, with no extra partner discount
- Your network receives
- 5% for 12 months, as account credit or a donation
- A church that refers a church
- 5% for 12 months, as account credit
- The church it refers gets
- Its church price; no extra discount
Why credit and not cash
A charity earning commissions can put its registration at risk, and nobody should be paid for steering their own church. Credit goes against the church's own bill; a network can take it as a donation instead.

Questions partners ask us
Talk to a personMy client already has InterScribe. Do they pay twice?
No. Every event runs in one account and is billed once. If your client already has a plan, the event runs on their account. You charge only for your own work, such as the audio patch and a technician, and there's no commission on an existing customer.
Our venue has an exclusive in-house AV provider. Can we still offer it?
Usually, with their agreement. Tell us when you apply. We either license your AV provider, who then pays you your usual commission, or get their written consent before anything goes on your computers.
Who supports the client on show day?
Your technician first: room audio, Wi-Fi, where the QR codes go. InterScribe second, for anything in InterScribe itself. If you refer instead of host, your client contacts us directly.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly: 15% of what each client you referred paid us, for their first 12 months, once the refund window has passed. Churches and church networks receive their 5% as account credit instead.
What counts as my referral?
A new organisation that signs up through your link or your code. Your link counts for 90 days and your code never expires (both proposed). There is no commission on an existing customer or on your own account.
Can I put only my own brand on the listener page?
Not yet. With the venue licence the listener page is planned to read "Your venue · powered by InterScribe" (coming soon). Fully unbranded pages aren't offered.
Can our church be paid for recommending InterScribe?
Not in cash. A church or church network that refers another church earns 5% of what that church pays in its first 12 months, as credit on its own account; a network can take it as a donation instead. The church you refer pays its church price, with no extra partner discount.
Do I have to say I earn a commission?
Yes. Tell people when you recommend us, in plain words. The partner terms we send with your link say how.
The next client who books your room may bring guests from five countries.
Hear what their guests will hear, then tell us which way in suits you.
