Summaries, replays and transcripts in every language

After the session the words stay. Listeners read a summary in their own language, replay the session with its captions, and take the transcript with them.

What the listener sees

The session, after the session.

The Summary tab fills in once the session ends, translated into the language each listener reads.

  • Find the moment

Search the replay for a word and tap a match to play from there.

  • Take the transcript

Signed-in listeners can download the whole session in their language, as text or subtitles, when you allow it.

What you do as the organiser

Choose what people get afterwards.

  1. 1Pick a summary templateChoose a template for each session, so the summary takes the shape you need.
  2. 2Every language, five formatsDownload each language’s transcript as Word, PDF, Markdown, plain text or SRT subtitles.
  3. 3Offer a replayTurn on a replay for a session, and listeners can play it again with its captions.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    The session ends

Every language already has its transcript, written live from the captions.

  2. Step 2

    InterScribe writes the summary

From the captions, in the template you chose.

  3. Step 3

    Listeners open it

Summary, replay or transcript, in their own language.

Good to know

What summaries and replays won’t do

  1. 1Written by AISummaries are written by AI from the captions. They can miss things: check anything important.
  2. 2After, not duringThe summary appears once the session has ended, not while it runs.
  3. 3Replays are in betaA replay needs the session recorded. Recording is in beta, and we switch it on for your workspace.

Questions about Summaries and replay

Ask us something else
In which language is the summary?

In the language each listener reads. It is translated the first time someone opens it in that language.

Who can download the transcript?

You can, from the session, in every language. Listeners can too, when they are signed in and you turn on transcript downloads for the session.

Can listeners replay the session?

Yes, where you offer a replay: they play it again with its captions and can search it. Replays need recording, which is in beta.

Keep every word, in every language.
