More than translation · for churches
EngagementNot just understood. Included.
The page that carries the sermon in their language also lets them ask a question, answer a poll, chat with the welcome team, save the line that spoke to them and look back at the message on Wednesday. All in their own language, and everyone else’s.
- Q&A
- Polls and chat
- Highlights and recap

The pastor
I was a stranger, and ye took me in.
After the words arrive
Understanding the sermon is the first step. Being part of the church is the next.
A guest can follow every word in Portuguese and still leave without asking anything, answering anything or speaking to anyone. Translation got them into the room. These tools let them take part in it.
They can’t ask
Raising a hand in a second language, in front of strangers, is a lot to ask.
They aren’t asked
The connect card, the sign-up sheet, the announcements: all in English, all on paper.
They can’t take it home
Wednesday’s small group discusses a sermon they only heard once, live, at speed.
Q&A in every language
Asked in Portuguese. Read in Korean. Answered once.
People type a question for the pastor or the team in their own language. Everyone reads it, and upvotes it, in theirs. Your team answers once, in English, and the reply arrives translated.
- Anonymous questions, when you allow them
- Your team reviews before anything shows
- The most-upvoted reach the stage, whatever language they came in
Illustration of the flow. On the listener page each person sees the question and the reply in the language they chose, with “See original” one tap away.
Chat, cards and polls
Your welcome team, in every language at once.
Everyone writes in their own language and reads in theirs. Your team pins a welcome, answers the “where is the children’s room?” message, and sends a quick card when it matters.
- A card from the team. “Is this your first Sunday with us?” with Yes / I’ve been before. Your welcome team knows who to look for at the door.
- A live poll. “Which small group night works for you?” Single choice, multiple choice or a 1–5 rating, results shown when you choose.
- Moderated. Your team works from the audience desk: review what shows, remove a message, give someone a timeout.
Every tool is optional. If all you want is the sermon in people’s ears, leave them off; nothing about the captions changes.
Keep the message
The line that spoke to them, still there on Wednesday.
During the sermon and after it, in the language they read it in.
Highlights
Double-tap a line to keep it. Verses the pastor names become chips that open in their Bible.
Notes
Quote the current line, add their own thought or a checklist, and jump back to that moment later.
Ask AI about the message
“What did he say about hospitality?” A short answer from what was said in this service, with a link to the moment.
A recap to look back on
When the service ends, a short summary in their language, written from the captions. Joined late? “Catch up” gives the last ten minutes in a few lines.
For small groups
The whole sermon, in every language, for Wednesday night.
After the service each language has its own transcript. Your small group leaders read it, print it or send it, so the Spanish-speaking group discusses the same message as the English one.
- Download as text, or as subtitles (SRT) for your sermon video
- On your church’s page, people can search past sermons and jump to the moment

- One per language

Picture this
A Sunday with it, start to Wednesday.
The Sunday before Christmas. The foyer is full, and so are the rows. Ana arrived from Luanda in October.
For example
9:45
The welcome is already there
Ana scans the QR on the screen. A pinned message greets her in Portuguese: where to sit, where the children go.
10:05
A card from the team
“Is this your first Christmas with us?” She taps Yes. At the door, the welcome team will know.
10:30
She saves a line
The pastor reads “I was a stranger, and ye took me in.” She double-taps it, in Portuguese.
10:55
A question she’d never ask out loud
Anonymously: how does someone new join a group? Forty people upvote it, in four languages. The pastor answers it from the front.
11:10
A poll before the last song
“Which small group night works for you?” She picks Wednesday.
13:00
The recap, at lunch
She reads the summary in Portuguese and sends her sister the link.
Wed
Small group
The leader brings the transcript in English and Portuguese. Ana opens her highlights and reads her line aloud.

Ana is an illustrative person. Matthew 25:35, King James Version.

Questions churches ask us about engagement
Talk to a personWon’t phones distract people during worship?
Many of your people already follow along on a phone: the Bible app, the sermon notes. You choose which tools are on, and when. Your team moderates what shows, and every tool can stay off.
Who sees anonymous questions, and can we review them first?
Anonymous questions are only available when you allow them, and your team reviews what shows from the audience desk before the room sees it. The room does not see who asked.
Does Ask AI give spiritual advice?
No. Its answers come only from what was said in the session, each links to the moment it was said, and when something wasn’t said it answers “This wasn’t covered.” It doesn’t counsel, pray or interpret Scripture, and it can be wrong. For anything that matters, people talk to your team.
Do people need an account to take part?
No. They open the page from the QR code in their phone’s browser and choose a language; no app and no account.
Which plans include which tools?
It depends on the plan. See your price to see what your church’s plan includes, or talk to a person.
Can our small group leaders get the transcript without logging in?
Your team can download each language’s transcript, as text or as subtitles (SRT), and send it to a group leader.
Let them understand. Then let them join in.
Hear what a guest would hear, then see what it costs your church.
