Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation guidance for customer deployments.

All positions are remote. Sales / Customer Success Manager is limited to North America and Europe time zones.
Mission
Translate customer requirements into scalable deployment plans that shorten time-to-value and reduce implementation risk.
Why now: As deal complexity grows, we need dedicated technical pre/post-sales ownership to protect conversion rates and accelerate launches.
Expected outcomes in first 90 days
- Create repeatable implementation blueprints for top customer segments.
- Reduce average onboarding time for new customers.
- Support closed-won opportunities with clear technical success plans.
Responsibilities
- Run technical discovery and architecture discussions with prospects and customers.
- Design implementation plans for multilingual, accessibility, and integration requirements.
- Build proofs of concept and technical validation assets.
- Partner with product/engineering to close gaps surfaced in implementations.
- Create reusable deployment playbooks for sales and customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or technical customer-facing roles.
- Ability to explain technical architectures clearly to mixed business/technical audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across web, APIs, and integrations.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple customer timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in remote settings.
Nice to have
- Experience in event technology, accessibility tooling, or language services workflows.
- Experience working alongside sales in technical deal cycles.
- Hands-on familiarity with API integration patterns.
